Operating Guide

Under Article 3 of TM Forum’s by-laws, the Board is obliged to prepare and maintain this Operating Guide. Whereas the by-laws set out the formal, statutory rules of the Corporation, this Operating Guide explains the key organizational and management principles in more detail, and provides certain information and instructions of subsidiary importance, as mandated in the bylaws. Amendment of this Operating Guide requires a Board Resolution. However, it is intended to be a living document since, like TM Forum and the industry it serves, these principles will continue to evolve. If there is any conflict between the Operating Guide and the by-laws, the bylaws prevail....
