The TM Forum has established the Business Metrics Development project to support the metrics development for the Business Transformation Benchmarking Program

Business Metrics Development Team
The broad scope of this project is to develop and maintain business performance metrics in support of service provider needs. These metrics will be used for industry benchmarking to provide comparative data to facilitate decision making for achieving enhanced business performance in line with each SP’s strategy.
