Simply click here to give us a few details and a Membership Development representative will contact you regarding the application process.

Application Process Overview:

  1. Every member company is required to complete an application form, which includes corporate and contact details.  Corporate annual revenues are used to determine the level of the membership.
  2. Your local Membership Development Manager will complete your application.  Once your application form is completed, you will receive the following forms which must be signed and returned to TM Forum.
    1. TM Forum Bylaws
    2. Intellectual Property Rights
    3. Antitrust Policy and Guidelines
      These documents form the basis of the legal framework for protecting all information exchanged among member companies as part of their participation in TM Forum.
  3. Once these signed forms are received, you will receive an invoice for your membership dues.  Dues are paid on an annual basis.
