Clayton Porter, Chief Architect BSS/OSS, Alcatel-Lucent Australia Clayton Porter has nine years of experience the BSS and OSS field and has played a key strategy and architecture role within service providers transformation programmes in the UK and Australia. In the role of Chief Architect, Clayton manages Alcatel-Lucent’s BSS/OSS architecture team and advises across a number of service providers in the Asia Pacific region. |

Cheng Gang, General Manager of IT Plan & Development Center, China Mobile Group Shanxi Co., Ltd. Gang has had over 28 years of experience in the Information Technology and Management field. In his current position he is in charge of building the company’s IT strategy, policy, infrastructure, large scale application architecture including DSS/BSS/OSS/CRM/NMS etc., IT related budgeting is part of his major work. Gang was IT director of Softbank China Venture Capital before joining China Mobile.
Gang achieved his education at US, and worked for large US firms 10 years before come back China at 2000. Gang is currently adjunct professor at Peking University currently. |

Wudy Wu, Researcher, Chunghwa Telecom Laboratory Wudy joined Chunghwa Telecom Laboratory in 2000. He worked in the areas of Network Operation Technology Lab and led the OSS service management team for transforming OSS architecture related to NGN and FMC Services. From 2006, he represented for CHT working with TMF and led the team to win the 2008 Excellence Awards- Best Catalyst Project. |

Peter Smith, Director of Information Technology, Hong Kong CSL Ltd. Peter Smith’s current responsibilities include setting the overall company IT strategy, development & support of CSL’s business and operational support systems, together with management of CSL’s IT infrastructure. Prior to joining CSL in 2001, Peter worked for Telstra based in Australia. He held various senior management roles at Telstra, providing support across a broad spectrum of Communications Products and Services.
Peter has 21 years of experience in the Communications industry, and is a regular speaker at ICT conferences and seminars globally. Mr. Smith is a member of the TeleManagement Forum Billing & Customer Experience Council, and is an Executive Committee member of the HK Computer Society CIO board. |

Alpna Doshi, Global Business Head, Secretary and TMF Board Director, Satyam Computer Services Ltd. Alpna J Doshi is Senior Executive at Satyam Computer Services Ltd, USA. She also holds responsibilities as an Officer of the TM Forum, as Secretary, and Chair of Membership and Governance Committee. She is an experienced professional in IT, Telecom, Media and Entertainment businesses.

David Skinner, Vice President IS Strategy & Application Services, StarHub Ltd. With over 20 years experience, David’s career in telecommunications started with British Telecom in the UK, having held a number of operational posts ranging from BSS Design Lead to Programme Management roles. As one of the pioneers in StarHub Ltd a Singapore Based fully converged quadruple play operator, he has held a number of leadership roles from its start-up phase to full maturity. He holds a MBA for telecommunication from Henley Management College |
